Operation Round-Up®

In addition to providing affordable electric service to our customers, Nolin RECC is committed to working for a positive change within the community. With your participation, our Operation Round-Up® program helps make that change a reality.

How it works
Through Operation Round-Up®, Nolin RECC automatically rounds up a participating member's electric bill to the next highest dollar. For example, through the program, a customer's monthly bill of $65.25 would be automatically rounded up to $66.00. The additional 75 cents would go to the Operation Round-Up® fund. A non-profit board of directors made up of local citizens then allocates this money to a variety of worthy causes throughout the community.

Operation Round-Up is now accepting applications for local community projects that are in need of funding.  The deadline for applications is 5:00 PM EDT on Thursday April 2, 2010.  Click here to view or print the application.

Operation Round-Up® is about local dollars meeting local needs in the local community.
As a volunteer program, the success of Operation Round-Up® depends upon your participation. The more you're involved the more significant the community impact.

To Apply for a Grant
If your group or organization has a project that will benefit the community and are interested in submitting an application to be considered for an Operation Round-Up® grant to help fund the project, please click here.

Previously awarded grants include Community Health Clinic of Hardin and LaRue Counties, The Lincoln Museum, Warm Blessings and AEDs for local area youth sports organizations. Operation Round-Up® has given back over $23,000 to our local communities. How can Operation Round-Up® help you make our community a better place to live?
