Did we mention how important it is for you to remember that we work for you? Well, it’s an important thing for you to remember. We do work for you because Nolin RECC is owned by you, the member. Feel free to contact us with any questions, comments or concerns you may have about your electric service. Making life easier.We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again. We know your time is valuable, so we’ve developed ways to save you time when you are calling the cooperative. Check out page 12 of this memberowner’s guide for information on the departments in the cooperative. This handy tool will help reduce your wait time and increase the efficiency with which the cooperative can serve you. We’ve tried to cover the bases to encourage effective communication. The cooperative office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, for non-emergency calls. If you need emergency assistance outside of those hours, we’re still available, but try us at the 24-hour dispatch center (see number below). That’s our story, and we’re sticking to it. Rest assured that if your service is interrupted for any reason, Nolin RECC crews will work to restore power as quickly as possible.
